Getting Started

PaySend makes it easy to register and transfer money globally to your friends and family.

Simply enter the amount you want to transfer and the country you wish to transfer it too.

• If you accept the rate, select ‘Get Started’
• Enter your mobile number and chose a password.
• Confirm the amount and destination country
• Enter the recipient’s card number
• Enter your card details
• Select ‘Confirm’
• That’s it! The transfer is in progress

Safe and Secure

How do you know if PaySend is safe and secure? It’s easy.

Look for the company’s licence numbers and certifications. PaySend is authorised and regulated by:

• FCA - UK Financial Conduct Authority, no. 900004
• CBOF - Central Bank of Russia, no. 3324-P
• ACB Asia Credit Bank, official partner
• VISA and MASTERCARD - PCI DSS certified
• All 3D secure card transfers are authorised via you bank using a security code or online password
• All website ports and access points are encrypted to military / enterprise SSL level

Confirming your identity only takes a few minutes, we can then complete your instant money transfer. Acceptable documents:

Identification - One of the following:
• Passport
• National ID card (EEA or other)
• Driver’s license
• Residence permit or travel document

Proof of address - One of the following:
• Household utility bill (less than three months old)
• Driver’s license showing current address (if not used as proof of ID)
• Bank, building society or credit card statement (less than three months old)
• Tax/ inland revenue correspondence
• Property ownership or lease agreement
• Pension or Benefit book showing current address

When PaySend receive and validate your identification documents, we will upgrade your account with new sending limits and remove any transfer blocks for the future. We normally validate these documents within a few hours. Once validated, any pending transfers will be processed.

Apps functionality

Sending money from phone or tablet app requires access to certain functions, examples:
• Contact (Send money to installed contacts)
• Private Messages, SMS (Add personal comments to your money transfer)
• Photos (Allows clients to verify themselves by uploading National Identification documents, Allows clients to screenshot technical issues and upload them to us via the app)
• You may be interested to know that the PaySend App does not upload or access anything without your direct permission

Delivery time

PaySend transfers the money instantly, using our faster transfers network. Banks can take between 1 minute up to 72 hours to show transferred transfers. Please ask your recipient to confirm with their bank how long they need to credit your recipients account.

Transfer Status

Login via desktop, mobile or app, then select ‘History’. Your transfer statuses are marked by a Green tick box or a Red X box. Green means ‘sent successfully’ and Red means ‘failed transfer’. Delivery confirmation takes from 1 minute up to 15 minutes.
