Say goodbye to high fees, commissions or hidden charges. Our low fees are always fixed regardless of the amount sent. We charge only £1 for transfers from the UK, €1.5 from Eurozone and $2 from the USA (for the full country list click here). Your receiver’s card is credited in local currency and you will always know the exchange rate upfront. We will display both the sending and the receiving amount at the time of making a transfer, so you can make an informed decision. Our rates are as close as possible to the mid-market exchange rate – giving you more and saving your hard-earned money.

PaySend is Fast

Thanks to our partnership with Visa, MasterCard and UnionPay we can deliver your transfers faster. Our own state-of-the-art processing center is connected to the global banking network, so we can track all transactions and keep you informed on the status of every transfer. We would debit your card instantly and credit your recipient’s card depending on the processing capabilities of the issuing bank in the destination country.

*In most of the cases the transfer arrives in a few minutes while for some countries it can take up to 3 days depending on a local bank.

Normalmente convalidiamo questi documenti entro poche ore. Una volta convalidati, i trasferimenti in sospeso saranno elaborati.

Per inviare denaro dallapp via cellulare o tablet occorre laccesso a determinate funzioni, ad esempio:

Tempi di consegna

PaySend trasferisce il denaro istantaneamente, utilizzando la nostra rete di trasferimenti più veloce. Le banche possono impiegare da 1 minuto a 72 ore per visualizzare i trasferimenti inviati. Chiedi al tuo destinatario di avere conferma dalla sua banca di quanto tempo occorre per accreditare sul conto dei tuoi destinatari.

Stato del trasferimento

Accedi tramite desktop, cellulare o app, quindi seleziona "History" (Cronologia). Lo stato dei tuoi trasferimenti è contrassegnato da un segno di spunta verde o da una X rossa nella casella. Verde significa "inviato con successo" e rosso significa "trasferimento fallito". La conferma di consegna dura da 1 a 15 minuti.

• Depending on your country, and due to local legislation requirements, you will be asked to provide some Personal Information. Enter your Personal Details and click Submit

Your first transfer

• Select “Send”
• Choose country you want to send money to. In some countries, you can select multiple receiving currencies, select the receiving currency
• Enter the amount you wish to send or specific amount for the recipient to receive
• Depending on the chosen sending and receiving country we may ask to fill in the additional fields. That is a requirement of local legislation and/or local provider.
• Enter recipient’s card details and select ‘Next’

Send through the App

All PaySend capabilities are also available with our iOS or Android apps. When you download the app and register, you will need to go through the process of confirming the SMS code, then entering your own password to access the application, or using verification via Touch ID or Face ID (the availability of the service depends on the operating system and phone model). Sending money from your phone or tablet requires access to the following:

• Contacts, Private messages, SMS (a value-added service to send a personal note to the recipient)
• Photo album (allows customers to download identification documents, send screenshots when technical errors occur)
• The PaySend application does not download or receive any of your personal data without your explicit permission

Transfers to bank account

For some destinations Transfers to a regular bank account are available. Click on a tab “Transfer to account” in Recipient details section. Depending on a chosen Destination country you will be asked to enter an additional information for the Recipient. That is required by local legislation and regulatory rules. The process of completing a transaction is similar to Transfer to card account procedure.

Card verification code

We want to keep your personal information and your money safe. So this is why we have introduced an additional security step where we ask you to enter a verification code when you link your card to your Paysend account. Once you’ve done so, we will ask you to verify your card. You can do so by entering a unique verification code.

Please follow these steps to find and enter your code:

• Log into your online banking either from desktop, tablet or mobile phone.
• Check your recent or pending transactions tab.
• PaySend will charge your card for a small amount. This amount will not be debited from your card. It is used for verification purposes only.
• The charge appears on your card statement in the pending transactions list with a 5-digit code and the word PaySend in the Merchant name (PaySend XXXXXCode).
• Take a note of 5 digits in the middle of it – this is your verification code.
• You will be required to enter these numbers in your PaySend account to complete verification process.
• Once you enter this code your card will be linked to your PaySend account and you can make your first transfer.
• This is a one-time process, you will NOT be required to repeat it unless you decide to add another card to your PaySend account.
• If you dont have an immediate access to your online banking or your card statement, you can check for the code during the next 48 hours.

Transfer limits

Being a financial institution PaySend complies with all applicable local anti money-laundering regulation. Based on this you can send up to £800, €1,000 or $1,000 per year without providing any additional documentation. These limits can be increased upon submission of the required documents including (but not limited to) a proof of ID and a proof of address. You can apply to increase your limits through your online account with us by submitting your documents in the required format to our Customer Support service for review. Once your documents have been approved you can start sending larger amounts.

PaySend always charges a fixed fee per international transaction regardless of the amount sent. Please see the list of fees per sending country below:

Exchange rate

Your recipient’s card will be credited in a local currency of the destination country. PaySend displays the applicable exchange rate before you make a transaction. We use a mid-market exchange rate cutting out all intermediaries and providing the best possible value for our customers. Rates are changing on a daily basis or a few times during a day depending on the volatility of the currency exchange markets. However, you will see the amount you are sending and the exact amount your recipient will receive before making a transaction. This rate stays fixed after your complete your transaction to guarantee that your recipient will received the exact amount promised.

Transfer status

Login via desktop, mobile or app, then select ‘History’. Your transfer status is marked by a Green tick box or a Red X box. Green means a ‘successful transfer’ and Red means a ‘failed transfer’. It may take from 1 to up to 15 minutes for your transfer status to be displayed on your account dashboard.

Transaction history

Transaction history section displays the list of your recent transactions and allows you to search for a specific transaction by name or sort past transaction by delivery status or date. Click on any transaction to claim a transaction receipt, rename it or save a PDF version of the receipt. You can also click on Repeat to repeat a transaction by sending it to the same recipient.

Repeat transfer

• Select your transaction and choose “Repeat”
• Enter the amount and confirm the details
• Choose a linked card and enter its CVV/CVC code or enter details of a new card
• Choose “Next”
• You can also send a personal message. Simply add it in the corresponding field

That’s it! You have successfully repeated a money transfer.

Cancellation & refund

All successfully completed transactions are final and can not be reversed. PaySend can not provide any refunds as once you complete a transaction you provide instructions to your card issuing bank to debit your account for a given amount. If you have a complaint or think that your transaction has been sent in error please contact our Сustomer support center.

How to use a promocode?

Dear customer, if you received a promocode, you can use it to make a free-of-charge international transfer in PaySend. To do please, use the following instruction:

• Log in to your account via paysend.com or through a mobile application;
• Enter the destination and either amount "to send" or amount "to receive";
• Tick the "use a promocode" box;
• Enter the promocode in the field that appears at the bottom and click the "Add" button;
• Your transfer fee is now reset to zero;
• Follow the instructions of the application to complete the transfer;
• You can track the use of your promocode in your transaction history;
• In case the transaction was unsuccessful you can re-use your promocode later

Come effettuare un Money Request

• Accedi al tuo account
• Scegli "Richiesta" nel menu in alto
• Nella prima sezione "Richiesta da" è necessario inserire il numero di telefono della persona a cui si desidera inviare la richiesta. Si prega di notare che è possibile effettuare una richiesta solo da un paese che Paysend attualmente supporta
• Si prega di compilare "Dettagli richiesta" - importo, messaggio opzionale (scopo della richiesta) e scadenza della richiesta (fino a 30 giorni)
• Ora devi scegliere come vorresti ricevere i soldi. Nella sezione "Ricevi su" puoi inserire i dettagli della tua carta. Dopo il pagamento riuscito, quella carta verrà salvata per le richieste future. Si prega di notare che cè solo una slot per scheda per la sezione richiesta, quindi nel caso in cui desideri aggiungere una nuova scheda, quella precedente verrà cancellata
• Al termine, clicca sul pulsante "Avanti"
• Nella schermata successiva è possibile rivedere i dettagli della richiesta ed elaborare loperazione premendo il pulsante "Accetto"
• Verrà visualizzato il messaggio di conferma sotto il menu principale
• Ora puoi vedere la richiesta nella cronologia delle transazioni. Puoi rivederla o cancellarla.
• Dopo essere stato pagato, la richiesta viene mostrata nella cronologia delle Transazioni

Sei qui perché qualcuno ti invia una richiesta di pagamento tramite il servizio PaySend. Se non sei ancora un cliente PaySend, iscriviti. Se hai già un account su PaySend, per favore, accedi.

Quando accedi al tuo account vedrai un messaggio pop-up nella parte superiore dello schermo "Hai ricevuto una richiesta di denaro". Un altro modo per vedere una richiesta è quello di andare alla schermata principale con la cronologia delle operazioni. Tutte le richieste disponibili saranno mostrate in cima ad essa. Se vuoi rispondere alla richiesta, per pagarla, clicca su di essa. Verrà aperta e sarà possibile visualizzare tutti i dettagli relativi: importo, chi lo ha inviato, scopo della richiesta, data di scadenza della richiesta. Se vuoi pagare una richiesta, clicca sul pulsante "Invia denaro" e segui le istruzioni. Dovrai solo aggiungere la tua carta o utilizzare una carta usata in precedenza per elaborare il pagamento. Si prega di notare che il processo è sicuro e protetto.

Add a card

• Log In and Select ‘Send’
• Scroll down to ‘Sender Details’
• On the right-hand side of the page select ‘Add New Card’ and enter your card details

That’s it! After the first successful transfer you card will be linked to your account .

Edit profile

Due to the local legal and anti-money laundering requirements it is not possible to change your profile details once you’ve created your account with PaySend. Your personal details provided at the time of registration are final and can not be edited. In case your personal details have changed or were provided incorrectly you can always reach out to our Customer Support service.

Change password

• Log in to your account
• Choose “Settings” in the Main menu
• Change your password

Increase limits, provide ID

If you are an existing PaySend customer, you can check your current transaction limits by logging into your account. Your current limits are displayed at the top of the page. You can increase your limit by providing your ID/other supporting documents to our Customer Support service.

• Log in to your account
• Click the button “Increase your transfer limit”
• Follow the instruction to submit additional documentation.
