Guide to getting verified

The verification is requested automatically, usually when you reach your sending limit.

You will be asked to submit photos of your identity document in your Paysend app or the web version of Paysend. We recommend submitting photos taken with your phone camera in real time rather than choosing them from the gallery.

During the verification procedure, you will be presented with document and image quality requirements. Please study them carefully before submitting your document.

In some cases, you may receive an email from the verification team, and additional information may be requested.
