Quality requirements for bank statements and other verification documents

Document format: The optimal document format is PDF, but we can also accept photos of printed documents. Either way, the document must be the original generated by a bank or other official institution.

Document type: Please make sure that the PDF contains all the document pages or take photos of each page if your document has more than one page.

Validity: The document must belong to you and cover the required period. The document must contain:

• your full name
• issue date or statement period
• other information needed for verification (full address, bank account number, Paysend transfers, etc.).

Not accepted: We do not accept screenshots or digital copies of website pages.
