How to activate my Paysend card?

The Paysend virtual card is activated immediately after opening if you have already confirmed your identity.

In order to activate a plastic Paysend card*:

1. Open the Paysend app.
2. Go to 'Cards'.
3. Choose 'Plastic'.
4. Press ‘Activate card’.
5. Enter the last four digits of the card number and press ‘Continue’.
6. Create your card PIN and press ‘Continue’.
7. Select the currency account you want to use and link the card to it.

You can re-link your card to another existing currency account any time.

To activate offline payments, insert your plastic card into an ATM and check the balance or make a withdrawal.

*Plastic Paysend cards are no longer available to order, but we continue to service ordered plastic cards.
