How to edit my Paysend profile?

Depending on your Paysend account specifications, you might have the option to edit some of your personal details yourself.

To make the changes, follow the instructions below:

1. Open the Paysend app.
2. Go to 'Profile' by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner.
3. Select 'Personal info'.
4. Click on the pencil icon in the upper right corner.
5. Select the type of data you wish to change and follow further instructions.

For holders of Paysend virtual or plastic cards and multi-currency accounts

If your personal details have changed or were provided incorrectly, you will need to reach out to our Customer Support team via online chat or by emailing [email protected]. Our agents will help you update your Paysend account.
