Reaching out to us via chat is simple — just tap on ’Support' and then 'Chat’ from the ‘Profile’ section on the website or in the app.
‘Chat’ button is also available at your right-hand corner when viewing any of the Help Center articles.
Required Information for Support Inquiries
To help us swiftly resolve your issue, please provide the following information when contacting support:
- Your full name and your email address.
- Your mobile phone number, including the country code.
- The Paysend transaction ID, which is an 11-digit number ending in 00.
To find your transaction number in the Paysend app, please follow these steps:
- Open the Paysend app and go to the ‘Transfers’ section.
- Locate and select the specific transfer you are interested in from the list.
- Once the transfer details open, scroll down to find the ‘Transaction no’ field.
- Your transaction number will be displayed there. It's an 11-digit number, typically ending in '00'. You can click on the icon and copy it.
Remember: this number is crucial for tracking your transfer or for reference when contacting customer support.
