Cash pickup in Latin America: Mexico, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador

You can easily send money for cash pickup across Latin America in just a few steps.

Sending the transfer:

1. Go to the 'Transfers' section and select 'Send'.
2. Choose the destination country.
3. Select 'Cash pickup' as the delivery method.
4. Pick a pickup branch or location and enter the recipient’s details:
   • full name (must match their ID exactly)
   • mobile phone number
   • residential address.
5. Enter the amount you want to send or the amount your recipient should receive.
6. Choose your preferred payment method.
7. Review all the details and select 'Confirm & Send'.

Transaction code

Once your transfer is ready for pickup, you’ll see a unique transaction code by selecting 'Notify beneficiary'. The same code will also be sent to you by SMS.

What your recipient needs to collect the funds

To collect the cash, your recipient will need:

• a valid government-issued ID
• the transaction code
• the sender’s name
• the transfer amount.
