You can use the Paysend App to REQUEST funds.

The recipient of the Transfer Request will receive an SMS notification with a link to accept a request and complete the transfer payment. 

Log in to your existing Paysend account or register online. 

To send a request online:

• Log in to your Paysend account
• Click Requests and then New Request
• Fill in details
• Click Continue
• Check details and select Request Transfer 

To send a request in the app:

• Go to the Paysend app
• Press Request in the Transfers/Activity section on the home page.
• Enter the phone number of the request recipient manually or from your contact list
• Enter the amount
• Enter your card information or select one of the linked cards
• Check details and select Request Transfer.

The request will show in the Transfers/Activity section. 

Open to check the details and payment status. 

To cancel, select the three dots in the right corner of the screen - Cancel request.  

Once the request is confirmed, you will see the changed status in the transfer details.
