Where can I find my account details (UK)?

Paysend Cards & Accounts is no longer available to customers in the UK and EEA countries who registered with Paysend on or after 8 June 2023.

The following information applies only to customers who registered before 8 June 2023.

If you have a multi-currency Paysend account registered to a UK phone number, you are eligible to get the account details of your GBP account. To get the account details:

1.  Open the Paysend app;
2.  Open your ‘Profile’ and choose the ‘Personal info’ tab;
3.  Make sure you entered the correct UK residential address;
4.  Go to ‘Accounts’;
5.  Select the GBP account;
6.  Press ‘Get account details’.

Once you receive your account details, they will be displayed upon opening the GBP account page.
