Transfers via PayPal

To send money using PayPal, please follow these simple instructions:

1. Click on the 'Send' button in the 'Transfers' section.
2. Select the destination country and the desired receiving currency. Note that the available currencies depend on the specific corridor.
3. Select how you want the money to be received, which will vary depending on the sending and receiving countries.
4. Provide the necessary details of the person or organisation receiving the money.
5. Enter the amount you want to send (on the left) or the amount you want the recipient to receive (on the right).
6. Select 'PayPal' as the payment method.
7. Review the transfer details and press 'Confirm & Send'.
8. Choose one of the funding methods linked to your PayPal account.
9. Confirm the payment on the PayPal payment confirmation page by pressing the 'Complete Purchase' button.

Please note:

• It might take up to 1 hour for the payment through PayPal to get processed. Once the payment is confirmed, we will immediately forward the funds to the recipient.
• The time it takes for the funds to be credited to the recipient's bank account, card, or digital wallet depends on the recipient's bank or wallet provider and can vary from a few minutes to 3 business days.
