Common problems with transfers to wallets and their solutions

✔️ Why is my wallet transfer still processing? 

Once Paysend debits the funds from your account, the recipient's wallet provider needs to accept and deliver the payment. Transfers are usually instant, but in some cases, delivery can take up to 3 business days. 

Business days do not include the sending day, weekends, or public holidays. 

✔️ My transfer is successful, but my recipient hasn't received the funds.

Even if the transaction shows as successful, the wallet provider may still be processing the funds. 

If the delay continues for more than 3 business days, ask the recipient to check with their wallet provider. 

✔️ I sent funds to the wrong wallet number.

If you entered an incorrect wallet number, please contact our Customer Support team via live chat or email as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist, but please note, once the funds are accepted by the wrong wallet, recovery may not be possible.

✔️ I want to cancel a successful transfer to a wallet.

If the transfer is still processing, we may be able to help. 

  • Contact Customer Support and let us know the reason for cancellation
  • We'll contact the wallet provider on your behalf to check if the transaction can be stopped

Note: Transfers to wallets in the Philippines cannot be canceled once completed.
