My recipient hasn’t accepted my payment. Will I get the money back?

Your recipient will have 14 days to accept their first payment with Paysend Libre before it is automatically canceled and the money is returned to you. The same applies if they receive a payment that requires us to verify their identity (e.g., because it is a second payment, or the first payment over 150 USD or equivalent). If they don’t verify their identity within 14 days, the funds are automatically returned to you.

If a recipient has already received a Paysend Libre payment and has verified their ID with us, they don’t need to accept each subsequent payment. Their Paysend virtual Mastercard will be topped up automatically.
