An unauthorized transaction was made using your card

If you notice a transaction on your PAYSEND card that you did not make, we recommend immediately freezing your card to prevent further charges. You can do this in the app by selecting your card and tapping "Freeze Temporarily." Then, contact us as soon as possible and let us know what happened. We will advise you on the next steps.
