- Share your invite link or code from the app via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or social media.
- Your friend signs up and makes their first transfer — it will be fee-free.
- You start earning rewards for each transfer they make.

For every one of your friend’s first 12 transfers within their first 12 months, you’ll receive £1.50, €2.25 or $3 (or the local equivalent) — whether the transfer is local or international.
That means you can earn up to £18, €27 or $36 (or the local equivalent) per friend.

How to use bonuses
You can withdraw your bonus fee-free to a bank card in your local currency once you have at least £5, €5, $5 (or the local equivalent).
Simply go to Profile > Paysend Bonus > Withdraw bonuses when funds are available.

- What is the Refer a Friend program?
Invite friends to join Paysend, and when they register and complete their first international transfer, you’ll earn rewards as a thank you!
- Who can take part in the Paysend Bonus program?
The program is available to all Paysend customers, except those registered in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Peru, and Uzbekistan.
- How does it work?
- Click 'Invite friends' found in the Profile section of your Paysend app.
- Share your unique link or invite code with your friend
- Your friend signs up using your invite link or code.
- After their first transfer, you earn your reward.
- Can I share my invite code or link on social media?
Yes! Share it on social media, via email, or through messaging apps. You can invite as many friends as you want.
- What happens if my friend forgets to use my invite code?
Your friend must use your invite link during sign-up or invite code during their first transfer. Unfortunately, referrals cannot be credited retroactively.
- What rewards will I receive?
- Earn bonuses for up to 12 successful transfers made by each friend within 12 months
- You’ll get £1.50, €2.25, or $3 per transfer, (or equivalent currency) depending on your country of registration
- Rewards apply to all transfers, bonus withdrawals and microdebits (card-verification payments) are excluded and do not count towards bonus eligibility.
- What rewards will my friend receive?
- Fee waiver on their first transfer
- Instant transfers with a favourable exchange rate
- Ability to invite others and earn their own bonuses
- What can I use my reward for?
- Bonuses can be withdrawn to a bank card in your local currency (minimum £5, €5, or $5).
- To withdraw:
- Go to Profile
- Select Paysend Bonus
- Click ‘Withdraw Paysend Bonuses’ and follow the instructions - Withdrawals are unavailable in some countries (e.g., Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus, China.).
- My friend completed a transfer, but I didn’t receive my reward. What should I do?
Make sure they used your invite code or link and completed their second transfer. If issues persist, contact Customer Support.
- Why isn’t my invite code working?
Possible reasons:
- Not a new customer: Your friend is already a Paysend customer.
- Incorrect entry: Promo codes are case-sensitive. Double-check that you’ve typed the code exactly as it appears in your email or push notification.
