I couldn't confirm my transfer with 3DS

🔐 3D Secure authorisation is a procedure intended to ensure the security of your online card payments.

How it works: 

After confirming a transfer by clicking 'Confirm & Send', a 3D Secure page should appear.

To authorise a payment, you will typically be asked to enter a one-time password (3DS code) sent by your bank. 

❗ Didn't receive the code? 

Since 3DS is managed entirely by your bank or card issuer, we recommend contacting them directly to investigate why you didn't receive the code or the page didn't open.
