'Payment failed' status
Your transfer was cancelled because the payment couldn't be processed. This can happen for a variety of reasons:
- You didn't confirm the transfer.
- The 3DS transfer authorisation failed (cards only).
- Your bank declined our withdrawal attempt.
✅ What you can do:
Try sending the transfer again, making sure:
- You complete all steps without interruption
- There are no restrictions or blocks from your bank
- Alternatively, you can try a different payment method
🔐 What is 3D Secure?
3DS is a security feature for online card payments. To confirm a payment, you may need to a one-time code sent via SMS by your bank.
