'Payment failed' status

Your transfer was cancelled because the payment couldn't be processed. This can happen for a variety of reasons:

  • You didn't confirm the transfer.
  • The 3DS transfer authorisation failed (cards only).
  • Your bank declined our withdrawal attempt.

What you can do:

Try sending the transfer again, making sure:

  • You complete all steps without interruption
  • There are no restrictions or blocks from your bank
  • Alternatively, you can try a different payment method

3DS is a security feature for online card payments. To confirm a payment, you may need to a one-time code sent via SMS by your bank.
