Security and safety
At Paysend, protecting your personal information and keeping your transfers safe is at the heart of everything we do. Here’s how we protect your data and how you can help keep your transactions secure.
How we keep your information secure
We follow strict global standards to ensure your information stays private and protected. All money transfers are certified by Visa, Mastercard, China UnionPay, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and PCI DSS. PCI DSS stands for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard — a global framework that ensures payment information is handled safely. Together, these certifications and standards help us maintain bank-level security and keep your financial details protected every time you make a transfer.
Safe interaction with Paysend Support
When you contact our Customer Support team, it’s safe to share the following details:
- your mobile phone number

These details allow us to assist you securely and efficiently without compromising your account protection.
Security tips for everyday use:

- Passwords: Never share your passcode or one-time passwords (OTPs). Our team will never ask for these.
- SIM safety: Keep your SIM card secure. Your phone number is linked to your Paysend account and is key to protecting it.
