Quality requirements for identification documents
Framing: Position the document in the center of the frame so that all its edges and corners are visible.
Document type: Take photos of both sides of the document, if it is double-sided.
Legibility: Make sure that nothing obstructs the data in the document; its content must be clearly visible. Look out for:
- glares and poor lighting
- watermarks (camera logo, capture date)
- your hands, stickers, or other foreign objects.
Validity: It is important that the document is valid and can be used for verifying your identity. The document must be:
- issued under your name
- valid for at least a month after verification
- issued in the registration country or internationally accepted (may vary based on your registration country).
Image quality: It is recommended that the photo is in high resolution with the file size of at least 500 KB.
Not accepted: We don't accept screenshots of identity documents for verification purposes.
