What does the 'Failed' status mean?

Your transfer couldn't be delivered. This can happen for a variety of reasons:
- The recipient's financial institution declined the transfer.
- The receiving limit was exceeded.
- A technical issue prevented the transfer delivery.
You may try sending a transfer again, making sure that the recipient is able to receive money transfers. Alternatively, you can make a transfer using another delivery method.
We have made a refund, and you should see the money in a few minutes. However, in rare cases, a refund can take up to 3 business days.
What is a business day?
Business days are the days when banks are open for work, which is typically from Monday to Friday. When making a transfer, keep in mind that Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not considered business days.
