How to change my phone number?

Depending on your Paysend account specifications, you might have the option to edit your mobile phone number yourself.

To change your phone number via the app:

1. Open the Paysend app.
2. Go to 'Profile' by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner.
3. Select 'Personal info'.
4. Click on the pencil icon in the upper right corner.
5. Enter the new phone number.
6. Confirm with the code sent via SMS.

To change your phone number on the website:

1. Log in to your Paysend account.
2. Go to 'Profile'.
3. Select 'Personal info'.
4. Click on the pencil icon next to your current phone number.
5. Enter your new phone number.
6. Confirm with the code sent via SMS.

Ensure that your new number:

• belongs to the same country as your old phone number
• is not linked to another existing account.

For holders of Paysend virtual or plastic cards and multi-currency accounts
