Why has my card payment failed?

If a payment made with a virtual or plastic Paysend card did not go through, please make sure that:

  •  The Paysend card you are trying to use is active.
  •  You input the correct card details (card number, expiry date, CVV).
  •  You did not exceed the limit of PIN attempts.
  •  The card is linked to a currency account with sufficient funds.
