Why is my transfer taking so long?

Most transfers are completed within minutes, but delays can happen. 

Here are some possible reasons for delivery delays.

Processing Speed: The receiving bank's processing speed may affect the transfer time. 

- Card transfers: Usually within minutes, but may take up to 30 minutes in rare cases. 

- Bank transfers: Usually arrive within 1 working day, depending on the destination country and time of the day.

Delays are more common: 

- Outside of business hours, 

- On bank holidays or weekends

Internal procedures: The recipient's bank may have internal procedures that require to verify your recipient.

- Check your email in case we asked for more info.
