2024-08-22
If you’d like to send money from your bank account in Israel, you can easily do so by following these steps:
Step 1. Set up your account:
Increase your bank transfer limit by uploading your ID in the Paysend app.
Step 2. Create your transfer:
- Go to the ‘Transfers’ section and click ‘Send’.
- Select the destination country and the receiving currency.
- Choose how your recipient will receive the funds (for example, card, wallet, or bank account).
- Enter the recipient’s details carefully.
- Specify the amount you want to send or the amount the recipient should receive.
Step 3. Choose your payment method:
- Select ‘Regular bank transfer’ as your payment method.
- Choose your banking institution from the list provided.
- Review all transfer details and click ‘Confirm’.
- Once your payment request has been created in the Paysend system, log into your personal bank account to complete the payment.
Important details:
- Always transfer the exact amount specified.
For example, if you’re asked to send 100.02 ILS, make sure to transfer exactly that amount — otherwise, your payment may not go through. - Include your transaction ID as the payment reference.
If the reference code is incorrect, your transfer might be delayed or cancelled. - Make sure to send the funds from the same bank account you selected when creating the transfer.
Timing and next steps:
- If the funds are not paid into the Paysend account within 4 calendar days, the transfer will be automatically cancelled on the 5th day.
- Once Paysend receives the funds, they’ll be sent to your recipient.
- Depending on the recipient’s bank, delivery time can range from a few minutes to 3 business days.
