Transfers from bank account in Israel
To send money from your bank account in Israel, please follow these simple steps below:
- Increase your bank account sending limit by uploading your ID in the app.
- Navigate to the 'Transfers' section and click 'Send'.
- Select the destination country and the receiving currency.
- Choose the recipient's receiving method.
- Enter the recipient's details.
- Enter the exact amount you wish to send or that the recipient should receive.
- Select 'Regular bank transfer' as the payment method.
- Pick a banking institution from the provided list.
- Verify the transfer details and select 'Confirm'.
- Once the payment request is created in Paysend system, please go to your bank's personal account to pay the request.
Important:
- Transfer the exact amount specified. For example, if you're instructed to send exactly 100.02 ILS, please make sure to transfer the exact amount, otherwise the transfer may not go through;
- Provide your transaction ID as a reference code when transferring funds to the Paysend account. If the reference code if incorrect, your transfer may not go through;
- Send money from the bank, that you selected while creating a transfer to ensure that in case your transaction is declined, you will receive a refund smoothly.
Please remember:
- If the funds are not paid into the Paysend account within 4 calendar days, the transfer will be cancelled on the 5th calendar day.
- Once we receive the funds, we will send them to the recipient immediately.
- Transfer delivery time can vary from a few minutes to three business days depending on the recipient's bank.
