My card is lost/stolen/retained by the ATM. What should I do?

If your card is lost, stolen, or stuck at an ATM:
- Open the app
- Tap cards
- Select Plastic
- Tap the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen
- Tap Close card.
Once you close the card, you won't be able to restore it. You will be able to order a new plastic card.
If you don't want to close the card without being able to restore it, click Freeze temporarily.
