Paysend does not charge a fee for the following:

  • Opening a multi-currency account

When you open a multi-currency account with Paysend, there is no fee involved. You can easily set up an account to hold multiple currencies, making it convenient for international transactions.

  • Holding money in a multi-currency account

Once you have opened a multi-currency account, there are no charges for keeping your money in the account. You can hold different currencies in the account and easily manage your funds.

  • Opening a virtual card

Paysend provides the option to open a virtual card, which is a digital version of a payment card. There are no fees associated with opening a virtual card, allowing you to make online purchases securely and conveniently.

  • Topping-up your accounts

When you want to add funds to your Paysend account, there are no charges involved. You can easily transfer money from your debit or credit card or bank account to your Paysend account without any additional fees.

  • Transfers to other Paysend users with multi-currency accounts

If you need to send money to another Paysend user who also has a multi-currency account, there are no fees for this type of transfer. You can easily send money to friends and family who are also using Paysend without incurring any charges.

Fees charged:

  • Issue and delivery of a Paysend plastic card

If you choose to order a physical plastic card from Paysend, there is a fee of £4.99 or €5.99 (depending on your country of registration) for issuing and delivering the card to you. This fee covers the cost of producing and shipping the card to your preferred address.

  • Cash withdrawals over £200 or €220 per month

If you exceed the monthly limit of £200 or €220 for cash withdrawals from your Paysend account, there is a fee of 2% of the amount withdrawn. This fee is applicable to any cash withdrawals made above the specified limit.
