To change your phone number via the app:

1. Open the Paysend app;
2. Go to 'Profile' by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner;
3. Select 'Personal info';
4. Click on the pencil icon in the upper right corner;
5. Enter the new phone number;
6. Confirm with the code sent via SMS.

To change your phone number on the website:

1. Log in to your Paysend account;
2. Go to 'Profile';
3. Select 'Personal info';
4. Click on the pencil icon next to your current phone number;
5. Enter your new phone number;
6. Confirm with the code sent via SMS.

Ensure that your new number:

- belongs to the same country as your old phone number;
- is not linked to another existing account.

For holders of Paysend virtual or plastic cards and multi-currency accounts:

In compliance with Paysend's terms of service, users can only create one account per phone number.
