I sent the wrong amount
If you have sent the wrong amount, please note that it is not possible to edit it once the transfer has been confirmed. Always check the confirmation page - the last stage of the transfer before you click 'Confirm and Send'. Here you will see the recipient's details and the final amount to be credited and debited, including the fee. If you have any questions, you can always contact us before agreeing to the terms on the confirmation page.
Please note that it is not possible to cancel pending or successful transfers.
Manual Bank Transfer (EEA/UK) - Incorrect Amount
If you have sent the incorrect amount from your banking application when using Manual Bank Transfer as your payment method, your transfer will most likely be declined. If we are still waiting for your payment, please wait for the final status of your transaction or cancel it in your application. To cancel:
1. Select the transfer.
2. Click on the three dots in the top right hand corner.
3. The funds will be returned to your account within 3 business days after the final status of the transfer has been determined or the transfer has been cancelled.
