How to do Cash pickup at Walmart
When sending money to Mexico via cash pick up at Walmart, follow these easy steps:

- Choose ‘Cash pickup’ as the delivery method - you’ll see a low $2.99 USD fee
- Pick Walmart from the list of available pickup partners - you’ll see a list of Walmart locations available to visit
- Enter your recipient’s details and the transfer amount - make sure the name and surname are exactly as their ID.
- Choose your payment method
- Confirm and send - Review all the details and hit send - your transfer will be sent within minutes.

Steps for a successful Cash Pickup
After you’ve sent the transfer, your recipient in Guatemala will need to do the following:
- Visit one of the cash pickup locations
The recipient can go to any location of the brand of bank you choose. - Provide the cash pickup code to your recipient
Once the transaction is available for pickup, we will make the pickup code available to you in the transaction details. You will need to send this code to your recipient for them to share at the pickup location.
- The pickup code can be found by clicking the ‘notify recipient’ link on the transfer details screen.
- The Pickup code is referenced as ‘UniTeller pickup code’.
- If asked, the recipient should mention our partner ‘UniTeller’. - Provide an official valid photo ID
The recipient will need to provide a valid ID - a Passport or IFE - at the cash pickup location.
