Cash pickup in the Philippines

For a seamless cash pick-up experience in the Philippines, follow these simple instructions tailored for both recipients and senders.

Choose a cash pickup location:

• Transfers made via Asia United Bank, CIS Bayad Center, LBC Express, M Lhuillier, or Palawan Pawnshops are available at any branch of these networks.
• Transfers to Cavite United Rural Bank, Cebuana Lhuillier, or Rural Bank of Angeles: collect at the respective network's branches only.

Important note for senders:

• The name in your transfer must match the name on the presented recipient's ID exactly to ensure a smooth cash collection process.
• In some locations, there might be special requirements for ID of the recipient. Please refer to this article for further instructions.

Transaction code info:

• The transaction code will be sent to a sender via SMS after transfer initiation.
• If the recipient encounters any issues, the sender can share the code through a secure messenger or another method for fund collection.

If you haven't received the code:

1. Log in your account.
2. Click on the transfer you need.
3. Click on the 'Notify beneficiary' button.
4. Send the code to the recipient.

The 'Notify beneficiary' button will appear within 1 business day from the moment the transaction is registered in our system.
