Cash pickup via Uniteller (Mexico, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador)

For a seamless cash pickup experience via Uniteller, please follow these simple instructions below:

1. Click on the 'Send' button in the 'Transfers' section.
2. Select the destination country (note that the available crediting currencies vary based on the selected corridor).
3. Select 'Cash pickup' as a delivery method.
4. Choose a pickup branch or location and indicate the recipient’s mobile number, name, surname (should match the recipient’s ID), and residential address.
5. Enter the amount you want to send (left column) or the amount the recipient is to receive (right column).
6. Select the payment method.
7. Review the transaction details and click 'Confirm & Send'.

Transaction code info:

Once the transfer is ready for pickup, a unique transaction code will be displayed under the 'Notify Beneficiary' button. The code should also be sent in an SMS.

To collect the funds recipient would need to provide:

• identity document
• a unique transaction code
• the name of the sender
• the amount of the transaction.
