Resetting your passcode

If you forgot your Paysend passcode to access the website, follow the steps below:

1. As you log in and are asked to enter your passcode, click 'Forgot your passcode?'.
2. Click 'Log in with security code' to reset your password.
3. Enter your phone number and confirm login using an SMS code.

If you use Paysend app and need to reset the passcode, do the following:

1. As you log in and are asked to enter your passcode, tap on 'Forgot?'.
2. Tap on the 'Log out' button to reset your passcode.
3. Enter your phone number and confirm login using an SMS code.

You will be prompted to set up a new passcode upon successful login.
