Cash pickup in Lebanon

For a seamless cash withdrawal experience in Lebanon, please follow the simple instructions below:

1. Click on the 'Send' button in the 'Transfers' section.
2. Select Lebanon as the destination country.
3. Select 'Cash pickup' as the delivery method.
4. Enter the amount you want to send (left column) or the amount you want the recipient to receive (right column).
5. Select the payment method.
6. Review the transfer details and click 'Confirm & Send'.

Simple steps to receive a cash payment:

• For your first transfer, your recipient will receive an SMS asking them to download the Purpl app, sign up and pass verification. An existing recipient will receive an email and a push notification in the app.
• They will then need to select the cash pick-up location in the app (these include ATMs, which are provided on the Purpl app geolocator map).
• Receive an OTP code and enter it at the ATM to withdraw cash.

Remember: The maximum limit for 1 transfer is 2000 USD. Only amounts in multiples of 10 USD can be withdrawn.
