If there is an error when making a transfer

If there is an error while making a transfer, try the following:

  • Restart the app or reload the page
  • Install the latest app version
  • If making a transfer online, try another browser (Google Chrome)
  • Check that your internet connection is stable
  • Make sure that you have sufficient funds in your balance.
  • Check the card issued is from the same country as the registered phone number. 
  • Only EEA countries (excluding Iceland) and the UK have the option to change the sending country.
