To receive cash at home in Vietnam, recipients will need to complete the following steps: 

1. Receive a confirmation phone call from a Vietcombank representative, either the same day or the day after the transfer is sent, from 10:30 till 11:30 am.
2. Choose a suitable delivery date and time. The recipient will receive a call from the courier before delivery. 

(Please note cash delivery to urban areas can take 6-12 hours and rural areas 12-36 hours)

3. Provide an identity card or passport to receive cash.
