To receive a transfer via Alipay:

1. Link your bank account to an Alipay account by following these steps: English/Chinese
2. Provide requested documents

If a transaction status is pending, please check your recipient has:

• Logged in to their Alipay account and checked their notifications
• For further assistance, contact Alipay Customer Service

If your recipient does not link their account to Alipay or provide the requested information, the transaction will be cancelled automatically on the 4th calendar day
