To cash pick up in Nigeria: 

1. Visit the Access Bank branches
2. Request a unique transaction code sent via SMS. The sender will need to share this code with the recipient. 

If you do not receive the code:

• Log in to your account
• Click on the transaction
• Click Notify beneficiary
• Send the code to the recipient

The Notify beneficiary button will appear within 24 hours of the successful transfer. 

3. Verify your ID by providing one of the following documents:

• Bank verification number (BVN) 
• Driver's license
• Permanent voter card
• Passport.

4. Call one-time code

The password will be sent to the recipient via SMS when withdrawing cash.
