At the basic level (after signing up), ATM withdrawal and withdrawal from the Paysend account are not available. 

After the extended identity verification, you can:

•  withdraw up to 2200GBP / 2500 EUR every 6 months,
•  withdraw up to 1000GBP / 1200 EUR per month at any ATM
•  withdraw funds from your Paysend account as well.

Starting from the address and source of funds verification level, you are granted unlimited withdrawal from Paysend cards.
