What should I do if a merchant does not provide me with goods or services?

Please contact the merchant and request a refund to be issued to your card.

If you can’t contact the merchant or you don’t receive a refund as requested, please contact our Support Team.

Make sure to provide proof of payment, a description of goods/services purchased, the reason for the refund and a copy of the correspondence with the merchant (if applicable).
