How to send money via a regular SEPA bank transfer?

You can send money directly from your bank account using a SEPA transfer. Follow these simple steps to complete your payment:
Step 1. Set up your transfer:
- Go to the 'Transfers' section and tap 'Send'.
- Select the destination country and the recipient’s currency.
- Choose the receiving method (for example, bank account, card, or wallet).
- Enter your recipient’s details.
- Specify the amount you want to send or the amount you’d like the recipient to receive.
Step 2. Choose your payment method:
- Select ‘SEPA Instant and Regular transfers’ as your payment option.
- Click ‘Next’ to create the payment request in the Paysend system.
- Then, log in to your personal online banking account to complete the payment.
Important details:
- Always send the exact amount specified.
For example, if you’re asked to send 100.02 EUR, make sure the amount matches exactly. If it doesn’t, your transfer may be refunded. - When transferring funds to your Paysend account, always include your transaction ID as the payment reference code.
If the reference code is missing or incorrect, the funds may not be accepted. - If you’re asked to specify a recipient country, select Spain.

Timing and refunds:
- If we don’t receive the funds within 3 business days, the transfer will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
- As soon as your funds reach Paysend, we’ll send them to your recipient.
- Delivery times depend on the recipient’s bank and can range from a few minutes to up to 3 working days.
