Why is there a limit on my Paysend account?

We do have limits in place, but there are also ways to increase those limits. As a certified financial institution, Paysend has to have controls in place that align with applicable local laws and requirements of partner banks with which Paysend operates.
Our partner banks include Central Bank of Kansas City in the USA and Easy Payment and Finance in the EEA.
We are certified by international payment systems such as Visa, Mastercard, and China UnionPay. The service is fully compliant with the standards and requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK (FCA).
