To send money from your bank account via iDEAL, please follow the simple instructions below:

- Click on the 'Send' button in the 'Transfers' section.
- Select the destination country (please note that the currencies available will vary depending on the corridor selected).
- Select the receiving method (options depend on the sending and receiving countries).
- Enter the recipient's details.
- Enter the amount you wish to send (on the left) or the amount you wish the recipient to receive (on the right).
- Select iDEAL as the payment method.
- Review the transfer details and click 'Confirm & Send'.
- Select your bank from the list provided.
- Follow the instructions to pay the transfer.

Once the transfer has been successfully processed, Paysend will automatically process the transfer to your recipient.

Please note that the time it takes for the transfer to be credited to your account is subject to the bank's processing times, which can take up to 1 working day.

If the withdrawal was successful but we couldn't deliver the transfer to your recipient, the funds will be returned to your bank account within 1 business day.

*iDEAL transfers are currently only available to users in the Netherlands.
