How do I change my phone number?

If you need to change the phone number in your Paysend account, you may be able to do it yourself in just a few steps — depending on your account type.
Changing your phone number in the Paysend app:
- Open the Paysend app.
- Tap the ‘Profile’ icon in the upper-right corner.
- Go to ‘Personal info’.
- Tap the pencil icon in the top-right corner.
- Enter your new phone number.
- Confirm the change by entering the code sent via SMS.
Changing your phone number on the website:
- Log in to your Paysend account.
- Go to ‘Profile’.
- Click ‘Personal info’.
- Tap the pencil icon next to your current phone number.
- Enter your new phone number.
- Confirm it using the SMS verification code.
Important to know
Your new number must:
- belong to the same country as your old number
- not already be linked to another Paysend account.
Each phone number can only be linked to one Paysend account.
If you have a Paysend card or multi-currency account
For security reasons, phone number changes in accounts with Paysend cards or multi-currency accounts can’t be made manually. Please contact Customer Support via in-app chat or email [email protected], and we’ll be happy to help.
