We are looking for maternity cover(1 year) to start immediately within our Clearing and Reconciliations team in Belgrade, If you have experience in this area and are seeking a new and exciting challenge then please feel free to apply.

What you’ll be doing

• Accomplishing requests from Paysend support(tickets);
• Creating new partners in 1C system;
• Payments manual cancellation (execution and monitoring);
• Interaction with Paysend partners in order to resolve any transfer issues;
• Raising Jira tasks in order to resolve any work related and technical issues;

What you’ll need to be successful in the role

• English language( intermediate-upper-intermediate);
• Ability to work with a large amount of information;
• Fluency in MS Excel;
• Analytical mindset;
• Attention to detail

Would be great if you also have

• Understanding of SQL
