Your security is top priority for Paysend.

We dedicate ourselves to keeping your information safe by following strict standards. Here's what you need to know about how we protect your information and how you can keep your transactions secure:

Your Data is Protected:

All money transfers are certified by Visa, Mastercard, China UnionPay, the FCA and PCI DSS.
PCI DSS stands for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. It's a set of rules that companies like us follow to ensure that your payment information is protected.
This set of certifications and rules helps us maintain bank-level security and keep your card details safe every time you make a transaction.

Safe Interaction with Paysend Support:

When you need to contact Customer Support, it's safe to provide:
- Your mobile phone number;
- Transaction number;
- Your full name;
- Your date of birth;
- Your email address.

These details help us assist you without compromising your security.

Security Tips:

- App and Web Security: always close the Paysend app on your phone and log out of your account in browser when you're not using Paysend.
- Keep Passwords Private: never share your passcode for accessing the Paysend app. The same goes for one-time passwords (OTPs) you receive via SMS. Note that Paysend support team would never ask you to share SMS codes.
- SIM Card Safety: do not share your SIM card with others. Your phone number is linked to your Paysend account and is a key part of keeping your account secure.
