I didn't receive an SMS for logging in or signing up
If your one-time passcode (OTP) hasn’t arrived, don’t worry — try the steps below to fix the issue quickly.
Check your mobile connection
Make sure your phone has a strong signal and your mobile service provider isn’t experiencing any issues.
Turn off SMS blocking
Check whether your phone has any SMS-blocking settings or apps that might be preventing new messages from coming through.
Avoid virtual (VOIP) numbers
Virtual or VOIP numbers (such as Google Voice) don’t always receive Paysend OTP messages. It’s best to use a standard mobile number.
Still not getting the code? Try this:
- Wait at least 45 seconds, then tap 'Didn’t get the code?' and 'Resend code'.
- Turn airplane mode on and off to refresh your connection, or simply restart your phone.
If you’re travelling abroad
Your mobile provider might delay or block SMS messages while roaming. Contact them to make sure SMS roaming is active. Note that roaming charges may apply.
