The delivery of a plastic Paysend card usually takes:

- 3-4 business days in the UK.
- 5-7 business days within the EEA.

Sometimes card delivery can take up to 15 business days, depending on the delivery address and your local postal service.

We also recommend that you check that your delivery address is full, correct and residential by going to 'Cards' and choosing the 'Plastic' option. You will see the card order details, including the card delivery address that was entered when placing the card order.
