How to increase my sending limits?
Once you use up your sending limits, you will get a notification with instructions on how to get verified. Depending on your limit level, different data might be requested from you.
Identity verification:
In order to increase your initial sending limits, you will need to upload an identification document with a photo. The general list of accepted documents includes:
- international passport
- national ID card issued in the registration country
- driving license issued in the registration country
- biometric residence permit issued in the registration country.

To submit your document for an automated review, log into your Paysend account and locate the 'Verify my identity' button in the 'Transfers' tab.
Address and source of funds verification:
If you use up your upgraded limits, you will have the option to increase them once more by providing the following:
- a document that verifies your residential address in the registration country (not needed for Canadian accounts)
- a bank statement confirming your source of income
- the source of funds questionnaire responses.

How long does it take?
On average, it takes from several minutes to a couple of hours to review your documents.
Please note:
In case your data cannot be verified automatically, we will review it manually and send you an email with the verification results. We might also request additional information if the provided data is insufficient.
How to stay updated?
- Make sure the email address in your profile is correct.
- Check your inbox for updates, including the 'Spam' and 'Promo' folders.
- If you don't receive any updates from us for a while, contact us via online chat.
