Cash pickup in the Philippines

📍 Where can the funds be picked up?

• Available at any branch: Asia United Bank, CIS Bayad Center, LBC Express, M Lhuillier, or Palawan Pawnshops.
• Collect at the respective provider branch: Cavite United Rural Bank, Cebuana Lhuillier, or Rural Bank of Angeles.

Note for senders:

To avoid delays or rejection at the pickup location:

• The recipient's name must match the name on their valid ID exactly.
• Cash pickup locations may have additional ID requirements. Learn more in this article.

Transaction code info:

• The transaction code will be sent to you (the sender) via SMS shortly after the transfer is processed.
• You'll need to share this code with the recipient so they can collect the funds.

📩 Didn't receive the code?

1. Go to the 'Transfers' section.
2. Select the relevant transaction.
3. Click the 'Notify beneficiary' button.
4. Send the code to the recipient.

The 'Notify beneficiary' button will appear within 1 business day from the time the transfer is registered in our system.
